What is our exchange/return policy?

• In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition is damaged or defective we may replace the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The exchange is valid within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. • Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.

• In case of Wrong delivery: If an incorrect item has been sent by mistake, you can write to us at hola@freecultr.com or contact us at +91 9818187606 within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the parcel. Then, you can send the product back to us with your order number. When we will receive the damaged product, we will send you a fresh piece .
