What is our exchange/ return policy?
In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective —we may replace the goods. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. The exchange is valid within 5 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.
