What is our exchange/ return policy?
In the unfortunate case that any goods that you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective —we may replace the goods. The quality is very premium.
It's no doubt a costly product, but it's really well made.
I appreciate the efforts they have put into the design.

Soft and Comfortable
Ever since the pandemic broke out I've been using many types of masks. Most the masks affected my ear backside skin. And due to the ropes being elastic nature, the ear skin turned blackish and at times created cut wounds. Been searching for a mask that is tie-able around the head. And out of that freecultr mask is the most comfortable and also stylish. Don't miss.

Makes breathing easy at a time when it is critical
Firstly, I love the quality & construction of the mask. Fabric masks provide comfort & air filters inside provide protection. The love for the fabric is what makes me come back to Freecultr for any product. Not to forget that I love their colours too. My ears are finally rejoicing after spending a year or more bearing the stretch of mask loops. The adjuster on the loops help decide the right fit without letting the mask down. Overall, great product & much the need of the hour.
